Steps
- 1Practice only at your belt level goal is. If you practice what you need to know for your next belt, your belt testing should be easy, class should be a snap and your instructor will be really impressed!
- 2Find a nice open spot in your yard or park where if you are doing more advanced stuff that requires swords, staffs or any weapon make an area around yourself that people should not go in while you are practicing.
- 3Concentrate. If you don't concentrate, karate can be painful. Try to Keep focused on something good, or you can't think of anything, just think about nothing.
- 4Get flexible. Many Training exercises in karate require you to be very flexible if not make you more flexible. Yoga and Zumba are good things to take up to increase your flexibility.
- 5Eat right. Without a healthy diet of good foods like fruits and vegetables, your body may not be able to perform at your best while training.
